The spell grants you blinding speed for a split second to aid you in attempting a daring maneuver or allowing to recover from a dangerous situation before the enemy can react. The spell can be discharged a free action as part of a Combat Maneuver to avoid triggering an attack of opportunity if it would normally trigger one. Alternatively, the spell can be discharged as a free action as part of a move action to stand up from prone without triggering any attack of opportunity.
